It’s been slow for Crohn’s related news but I did manage to find an article about a giant, inflatable colon making its rounds throughout Canada. Apparently, the $75,000 poop shoot is about education, complete with polyps, inflammation, and other afflictions of the intestinal tract. Those Canadians sure know how to make learning fun!

Update on car sales and motorcycle purchases
Well… I sold my car to the local Chevy dealer for not near what I wanted on my car: $9700. I did run across a great deal today on a motorcycle by accident. I saw a for sale sign on a bike in front of some mechanics garage; he wanted $2500 for it, I purchased it on the spot, so everything worked out great!
Update to Motorcycle Safety course…
Well I passed and I passed my course with a perfect score. I was the only person in class to do this and I got to sign the 100 percent display board along with others who have accomplished the same feat. Less than 10% of the people who take the course score a perfect score. I am really happy about this!
Motorcycle Safety Course
I started my motorcycle safety course yesterday at the local Harley dealership. It was pretty informative and I enjoyed it a lot. Tonight we review a lot of information and then Saturday and Sunday we hit the road course to put our learning into action. I am pretty excited about that.
One may think, what possesses a guy to learn to ride a motorcycle after 29 years of 4-wheeled driving… well, my wife. My wife has nagged me to death about getting a motorcycle, so I broke down and told her I would learn to ride. Last night I told one of the instructors this was the reason I had enrolled in his class, all he could say was:
God bless her….
Puppy Time-Out
Here is a picture of my beautiful Bull-Mastiff puppy. She is not really in trouble, it is just bed time and she sleeps in her kennel. I am not quite sure what I was thinking here; this dog has ten times the energy I do, she loves to chew on everything including me, and I am going to be living in poverty if she does not stop eating… her mother weighs 140 pounds.
I suppose that she has her benefits; there are times when she looks at me, like in this picture, and it makes me forget all the trouble she causes, also she will make a really good guard dog as an adult.
