Well… I sold my car to the local Chevy dealer for not near what I wanted on my car: $9700. I did run across a great deal today on a motorcycle by accident. I saw a for sale sign on a bike in front of some mechanics garage; he wanted $2500 for it, I purchased it on the spot, so everything worked out great!
After recently completing motorcycle safety course and getting my motorcycle endorsement on my drivers license, I want to purchase a bike. One problem… I need to sell my car. Well, this time is apparently not a good time to sell. I am getting low-balled constantly by every dealer, I think the problem is that all the new 2012 models are in and people are purchasing these new cars and trading in their old cars. This means that there are tons of used cars flooding the market driving the market value down. It stinks… I guess that I am going to have to be patient until used inventories are down. 
Well I passed and I passed my course with a perfect score. I was the only person in class to do this and I got to sign the 100 percent display board along with others who have accomplished the same feat. Less than 10% of the people who take the course score a perfect score. I am really happy about this!
I started my motorcycle safety course yesterday at the local Harley dealership. It was pretty informative and I enjoyed it a lot. Tonight we review a lot of information and then Saturday and Sunday we hit the road course to put our learning into action. I am pretty excited about that.
One may think, what possesses a guy to learn to ride a motorcycle after 29 years of 4-wheeled driving… well, my wife. My wife has nagged me to death about getting a motorcycle, so I broke down and told her I would learn to ride. Last night I told one of the instructors this was the reason I had enrolled in his class, all he could say was:
